Craigavon Acute Psychiatic Unit This £12M award winning project with an electrical value of £1.2M was part of a PRP project with contract partner Heron Brothers Limited (HBL). It has excellent relevance in similar scope, scale and technical features as the proposed project. The 6,000m2 APU was a new build on a green field site in the grounds of a working hospital. From the outset we contributed to a pre construction 12 month design and development process. This allowed us to agree the cost budget and compile a material procurement schedule. CAPU consisted of a semi circular block built main building, with wards, ancillary offices and a day hospital attached.
